This cactus is UNDER CONSTRUCTION

This article is a work in progress.
...Well, all the articles here are, in a way. But this one moreso, and the article may contain incomplete information and editor's notes.

Hmmm...

To do:

  • There are most definitely version differences between the DS versions and the DSiWare versions. See talk page and look for other changes.

  • Upload more images and add more content in the version differences subpage.

  • More pre-release and unused content.source:https://www.mariowiki.com/WarioWare:_Touched!#Pre-release_and_unused_content

In WarioWare: Touched!, Wario's microgame madness evolves from pressing buttons to tapping and swiping on the Touch Screen. And likely ruining the Touch Screen.

This game was later re-released as a DSiWare download for 3DS systems as part of the My Nintendo rewards program.

Version differences
A large number of differences exist between regions and revisions.

After entering this Action Replay code, at the Nintendo logo hold Select to start the debug menu. L starts the microgame. See the Notes page for a complete listing of the microgames. One of the options is to display a cursor (WWTouched Cursor.png) that moves to where you touch the touch screen. A similar cursor was used in the E3 2004 versions.

Unused Placeholder Graphics

WarioWareTouched placeholder character.png
A placeholder character.

Some placeholder toys. The Japanese says, fittingly enough, "Dummy".

Unused Microgames

Hmmm...

To do:

  • List of used games

  • Another list

  • Japanese list

Test Boss

Wwtouched bosstest183.png

TEST_BOSS (No. 183) is a microgame used for testing bosses. It's just Quite Puzzled with a different caption.

Elevator Break

Wwtouched break elevator.png

BREAK_ELEVATOR (No. 240) is an unused break scene for the elevators. It is a blank pink screen in the international releases, but in the Japanese version, there's text that translates to "Taking a rest! BREAK!".

Dummy File

In the root of the archive, there is a dummy file with no data.

Build Dates

Hmmm...

To do:
Get the missing dates, remembering to check the Chinese, Korean, DSiWare and any Virtual Console versions too.

These appear on the debug menu, and the "BUILD" build date can be found in the ARM9 binary. The Chinese, Korean and all DSiWare versions do not have "BUILD" build dates.
