Persona 4: Dancing All Night (PlayStation Vita) |
---|
Developer: This game has unused graphics. |
Persona 4: Dancing All Night is the spin-off nobody asked for but everyone bought.
Almost three years later, the game got a digital release for the PlayStation 4, to coincide with the other two Persona dancing games released at that time. It's the same game, with improved graphics and all DLC preinstalled.
To do: A huge amount of unused dialogue, including some voice acting meant to be used when the P-Studio logo appears (and for axed Index and Dingo logos). |
Unused Music
An early version of the title screen track. The final version is a remix of Dance!, instead of Disco in the Velvet Room.
Unused Text
A cartoonish full-body costume of a very special guest star!
Uniform of those who dwell between
mind and matter. And an eyepatch?
Two unused costume descriptions. There are two copies of the second description, and it seems to match the costume icon in the section below.
A reproduction of a stern but loving face. Quiets crying children!
This is an alternate description for the Hardboiled Mask, the one that resembles Ryotaro Dojima. There are duplicates of this unused description, suggesting the mask was at one point available for all characters (similar to the Tanaka Mask). The final game only allows Yu Narukami to wear the Hardboiled Mask. Its final description is "The face of a guardian of justice. Pair with the Hardboiled Look!".
DUMMY
A event location name used for location IDs epn005, epn008, epn023, epn026, epn027, epn028, and epn029.
null
A placeholder event name for event ID c00_00.
Reserved
A placeholder menu string for ID hw_CUSTOM_003.

Unused Graphics
A simple debug font found in the game's executable.
An unused outfit icon depicting the then-unnamed Caroline and Justine's outfits from Persona 5. This image is not present in the Japanese release of the game.
A placeholder song title. It translates to "Miku Song (Temp)".
Some unused setup elements related to choosing a song to play.
An unused heading for a practice mode, which doesn't exist.
Two versions of a placeholder crowd texture. They consist of all members from Kanamin Kitchen except for Kanami.
An early version of the Love Meets Bonds Festival logo. The final version is on the right.
The heart eye seen here in one of Teddie's textures is unused.
A texture for a poster, featuring the Japanese logo for Persona 4: Dancing All Night. This texture can be found among files for the dance studio.
Ten colorful silhouettes of Yu Narukami, Rise Kujikawa, Teddie, and Kanami Mashita. These are named chara_sil_01 through chara_sil_10.
Two versions of a cutscene image with Kyoka Ochimizu attempting to motivate Tamami Uesugi. The second one has a smaller Tamami portrait, which cuts off at 544 pixels from the top of the image. This matches the Vita's resolution height.
Another cutscene where Kyoka Ochimizu is attempting to motivate Tomoe Sayama... somehow.
An external view of the Love Meets Bonds Festival venue. This uses the old Love Meets Bonds logo, as seen above.
An early version of the Love Meets Bonds Festival venue. The old logo is also present here.
A static background image of the Sultry Lounge stage. The lighting alternates between the top and bottom versions of the image.
