Present at 458050 in the executable is instructions on adjusting the monitor.
STEP 1: Turn CHROMA (color level) all the way down
STEP 2: Adjust BRIGHTNESS until there is no difference visible between the left and middle bars, but there is between the middle and right bars.
STEP 3: Adjust CONTRAST to achieve a balanced gray scale across all the bars.
STEP 4: Looking through a blue filter, turn up CHROMA (color level) until the two bars appear to match in brightness.
STEP 5: Still looking through a blue filter, adjust COLOR PHASE (tint or hue) until the bars appear to match in brightness.
Your monitor is now correctly adjusted. Remember to take the blue filter off!
