Welcome to MSE! For a start, there's 5 questions there, which one are you talking about? Secondly, please edit the question to include what you have attempted on the question, and where you are stuck. This will help an answerer to know where you need help. As it is, this question will probably be put on hold until it is improved.

This is the second time you have posted this question. It would help greatly if you would indicate what you have tried. Do you know what a characteristic function is? Can you compute $chi circ f(x)$ for given $x$? What about, $x=0$? $x=1$, $x=-3$, $x=4$? Can you get a sense of the answer even if you can't completely prove it?

Well, one problem is that this is not a homework site. People here really do not like to be asked to just do someone's homework for them. I gave you a way to get started....just try values! Really, it should take you less than a minute to try a dozen or so values and get a sense of what $chi circ f$ looks like. If you can't do that, then you should reach out to someone involved with your class for assistance.
