Press Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left at the title screen to access a test menu which contains several options, including a level select and music test.

Here you have two options, Aladdin and Others. Aladdin lets you view his animations (along with the Ali version of him) and others lets you view animations for Jasmine, Jafar and the Guard.
